She can summon a flood of water around her, and control the temperature and mood of the water to an extent. A large mass of water spanning about 15 feet across with her at the center, the larger the mass of water the more taxing it is on her transformation. Once she has de-transformed it rushes out from the circle and evaporates in a couple minutes. (It can last up to 20 minutes during transformation, length depends on the severity of the flood and stuff)
((20 min is like not even ankle deep and is a stretch for her))

Bio/ Personality:
Alice is a cheerful person, with a slightly mean sense of humour at times. She tries her best to make friends but more often than not she ends up pushing them away, either with a joke that went a little too far or from her being too harsh. Alice can be a bit hot headed and quick to fight but its quite easy to calm her down once youve known her for a while. 
Alice grew up generally average, never had any issues at home or at school although she generally just floated by, not many friends and not many complaints
She was born in the united states and lived there with her mom and dad for the first 3 years of her life before her parents got divorced and she went to Korea with her father where they've lived since.
She got her miraculous from her mother before she left, it was a family heirloom that had been in the family for many years, nobody really wore it or messed with it bc it was heavy on their hair. Alice was just like lmao whatever and opened it up and wore it and then ta da.
